LOL. That kinda depends on your point of view. Knowingly harassing law abiding citizens based on a mistaken sence of moral superiority doesnt sound like their heart is in the right place to me.
If they wanted to be truley effective perhaps they could get out of their petrolieum based kayaks and clean TacomaSailor's decks on a weekly basis with no soap, reusable hemp cloth rags. Until then, I think the water cannon is still the best and most entertaining way to solve the problem.
Just a thought.
