I'd give Mike at Garhauer a call for the manufacturing. As mentioned before, they quoted me $85.00 a piece for fabricating new ones for our Gulfstar 50. They should be about the same as the ones for your Vagabond. At that price, fabricating 6 of them would only be $510.00 + tax..
