Try 'On and Off' available at any chandlery. 
In Response To: removing stains on fiberglass? ()
We've used it for years. Put it on, leave it for a few minutes and wash it off. After using it we put some wax on it although it's not mentioned in the directions.
Hmm? What directions? Put it on and take it off.
