I have a few small rust stains on deck... was wondering what the best tool for that might be.

Also have some areas where the PO spilled varnish... little nickle sized drops in some places, but very visible... a whole bunch under the cockpit decking... doesn't show until I pull the decking. (looks like a can was knocked over and it ran toward the aft scuppers).

Sounds like On and Off for the rust stains (will On and Off work for rust stains?) but what for the hardened varnish on deck.

On the flip side it was quite amazing what plain old Boat Soap and a brush have done to remove the coating of LA grit that was everywhere on the boat. GRIN
