Dr. LED has bulbs certified in certain Aqua Signal fixtures

Check out the Polar Star 40.
In June 2010 I wrote the following to them:
I realize you haven’t USCG certified the polar star 40 in a Hella fixture, but I want to know if you know of any reason it would not produce the same test results?

It will have the same result but we do not want to pay for every single fixture out there.
