It's working out well so far
In Response To: Hi Tom. How's the new boat? ()

She a tad slow but a newly blasted bottom and fresh ablative along with replacing the fixed prop with a two bladed Flexofold folding prop ought to help out there. We've got a list of updates but this is no project boat like my others. Except for some deck delamination and some centerboard trunk work that needs repairing over the winter, she's working out well for us.

Except for a few glitches (well, some rather serious) at launch all appears to be ship shape. Our projects look like this for the winter;

Repair deck delamination
Repair centerboard and trunk
Replace rudder pintle
Install Lofrans Dorado 700W windlass
Install FlexoFold folding prop, 17 x 11
Add in a link 10 or 20 for battery monitoring
Perhaps Replace 4 T105's; the ones there are 8 years old
Install Raymarine XP-5 wheel pilot
Replace bow roller built for a danforth with a plow type roller
Add on a 35lb. Manson Supreme with 30' 3/8" chain and rode
