Yes, those are Brownell moorings BUT the Harbormaster's Office itself calls them "town moorings" and encourages
transients to pick them up for free rather than anchoring. As for Brownell, they have never once even approached my boat
when it was at one of those moorings and made inquiries - despite the fact that their launch periodically goes right
by the moorings.
