You can tell it's good by the crowd. Onset had quite a few boats anchored inside the 2 nights we were there(compared to earlier visits).
Great protection and holding for many boats, easy shore access. It's private enough in the anchorage with only a few Joeys on PWCs going at light speed.
The little market is handy if you're on the town dinghy dock. Block ice was available along the water. Great stop for boats moving through or to hang around and enjoy the area.
That little slot behind Wicketts is great. You just need to pay attention to the charted depths going in. Once there, I never saw less than 6' at LW. Dead to leeward of the southwesters.
