So now we have another vessel adrift..

() waiting for someone to run into it. Why aren't vessels scuttled when abandoned? It drives me crazy to think of some sailor running into this boat while at sea. I have yet to hear of a rescue, whether wanted or not, when the vessel is then scuttled.
