() I don't know if it is, sea state or 10 guy in the cockpit or the boat is swamped. Why the main still half up? The Jib sheet is dragging in the water. does not look too ship shape to me. He handicapped ( I know that not PC) and he call someone then they calls the CG. Yep, pull him off. Rules say you are to keep a look out. He needed to fly under the radar. Life not fair.
