At times I have thought it would be nice to have an annual haul out just to get to boat projects that require the hull be dry.

Sure, I can haul the boat at any time... but then I am paying daily yard fees and not likely to want to do things at a DIY pace.

Of course I wouldn't want your weather. The forecast for Christmas here is 73 degrees and sunny. (I do miss snow).
