While I don't ski, I do have to admit that day sailiing...
In Response To: When I lived in Seattle I sailed year round... ()
with the sight of snow in the local mountains, on a day that is a comfortable crisp 60 or so degrees on the ocean... this an absolute thrill for me.
The air is clear, the light tends to have those long golden rays that give everything a fantasy look, and seeing snow on the mountains just finishes that special Norman Rockwell image in my mind.
