Been trying to learn on and off for years... I never spend enough time continuously on it... but on longish night watches, I listen to mp3s of Morse code... just to try to catch a bit here and there. I usually switch to music after a bit... which is why I still don't know code well.

Language cds might also be a good choice...

The other thing is read... with a kitchen timer... so you take a good look every 10 minutes or so. (although this does nothing to block the noise).
