In Response To: The guy at Honda said his 2 was quieter than the similar weight Suzuki 2.5 water cooled. Is he full of it? ()

I've never compared it to the Suzuki.

It is definitely a lot noisier than my old Yamaha 8 HP 4-stroke, which was very quiet.

It's not your-ears-are-ringing noisy, but you can definitely hear it across an anchorage.
