Custon fitted on a Santa Cruz 50 - built of some sort of carbon fiber foam core board; windows were Lexan. Weighs, so the owner told me, about 30+ lbs. Strong enough to stand on.
What I liked best about it, besides breaking boarding waves when we were beating north into 20-30 kts going north from Hawaii, is the window/hatch on the top of the dodger --combined with an LED light shining on the Windex, it allows you to peak up at the Windex easily and quickly on a dark night.
Here's some more info on a dodger that I'd like to try to make a "copy" of for my boat; that is, it's given me some ideas. This boat has been to Antarctica, so a lot of thought and planning was put into the dodger: http://snowpetrelsailing.blogspot.ca/2011/02/high-latitude-dodger.html
