Never needed one in the past, but who knows?

The gas boiler powers itself. So cords to the (new) refrig, FIOS box, computers and lights all we need. (TV not req'd.) So starting simple. Even this requires a hole somewhere. Advantage of an attached garage. Although it does have power; perhaps use those underground wires?
