My 2 cents. It's simple. Keep bleeding until the engine starts, Gene.

This is assuming it was running fine before you changed filters. Don't get bogged down overthinking it. If you haven't bled the engine many times, and changing filters is pretty new to you, it's especially likely you have air in the fuel.

Get a roll of paper towels, you should be mopping up some fuel.
