Have you ever had to use that idea? In Costa Rica & Nicaragua only the Captain (specifically) was allowed to go in. All others had to stay on the boat.

- Correct terminology - "joint tenancy with full rights of survivorship"
- Then the boat would be community property.
- Appears to me you have two options.
