to the question from another board, and we did find it- on Lin and Larry Pardey's site, called Limited Power of Attorney.

And as for me, the boat is only in my name, because sadly, after 20 years, there is no longer a "she" involved.

- Correct terminology - "joint tenancy with full rights of survivorship"
- Then the boat would be community property.
- Appears to me you have two options.
