I thought the title only had you as the owner. If it was held in 'joint tenancy' she's an owner of the boat with all rights you have.

I thought you were talking about a boat that was owned by you alone. Something you owned before you were married. Of course, if she paid for anything related to the boat after you were married and you got a divorce she could argue it was hers anyway. A co-mingling of funds thing.

If you purchased the boat after you were married it's not your boat. It's community property and hers as well. You are only the 'main owner' because she allows you to say that. What does the title say? If her name is on the title there's no problem. If it's not, change the title and make it owned by both of you .
