With belowdecks powered captive winches, there's no need for any 'purchase'... It would be interesting to see what sort of manual backup provision they have, however...

With a Leisure Furl main, you really don't want to mess with any boom angle adjustment, once you've got it set, it's best just to leave it...

The pic is aboard the Wally 100 INDIO... Here's a vid from their recent crossing of the Atlantic, starts out a bit slow, but there's some good sailing at around the 10:00 mark... Tough way to cross the pond, for sure... (BTW, the guy with the Mohican is Shannon Falcone, one of the crew who operated the daggerboards on ORACLE)
