Funny, I'm choosing all my electronics based on Ipad compatability.

We recently purchased a new plasma TV and AV receiver. The decision we made had a lot to do with which company and product is more involved in Ipad applications. They all have Ipad apps but a few are brilliant in user interface to operate the controls remotely.

- Yes. Then our external gps, through blue tooth, plots our location on the charts.
- No, ipad is just WIFI... (I'm a Pirate.... we're a tad on the cheap end.... spend money on a cell enabled ipad!!!! LOL!!
