I posted before the concept of sailing to Panama, taking it yourself through the canal and up to Golfito Costa Rico, putting it on Dockwise in Golfito and shipping it to Victoria. I know it's not a viable option but it would be a hell of a personal life experience. We loved the Western Caribbean and going through the canal.

If it's remotely possible, commute cruise for a year before bringing it home.
