I have a chart gooseneck light with Alpenglow in'ards... 
In Response To: Anyone have Alpenglow's LED Reading Lights ... ()
had Alpenglow convert it. Very nice light. I have his overhead CFL lights throughout the boat, someday I may convert them all to LED. The better LED lighting has caught up with and passed CFL finally.
