David Jones was better.

Chris took over for David when he died. We signed on (and became friends) with David Jones in 2001-2005, then signed on with Chris Parker in 2010. David had a different, more matter of fact and very British style transmitting from the BVI's. I don't do weather, the Admiral does and is quite good at predicting and trending. More then a few times Chris's forecast didn't seem right and we went with our own.

Unrelated,
One of the things it took me a long time to get through my thick head was the local Bahama weather patterns. All that shallow warm water surrounded by deep, colder water, except for this north bound river. The air temperature changes at dusk can causing some pretty striking and varied conditions. That entire area has it's own weather pattern. Once I understood what was happening and made some mistakes I got a lot of respect for it.
