...which can also be converted to a towed water generator... I have the same setup, although mine is the one made here in the States by Hamilton Ferris, with just a single blade about 5 feet in length like you've described...
It can be a bit of a pain to set up, but overall I still like the system, and prefer it to having it on a pole, which would preclude using it as a water generator, anyway. I hoist mine with the bottom of the blade secured with a small loop of shock cord, then once it's in place and all secure, simply slip the loop free by reaching up with a boat hook...Generally needs about 12 knots of breeze to start doing much, but in anything much more than about 15, it does fairly well...
