We keep yogurt in the bilge without refig in Calif.

I love my yogurt for breakfast and since it is already 'turned' it keeps quite well for a week or so. I recomend non-instant dry milk to make yogurt though I haven't made any for years friends used to ask for it. Tom Evans S V Tappan Zee currently Alameda. Ca.
