Fresh yogurt aboard
We keep yogurt in the bilge without refig in Calif.
On a slightly different note -- anyone grow sprouts aboard?
Herbs, easy to grow and don't take much space.
Brussels?
No, alfalfa and radish... fine green "grass..."
I knew several cruising boats that did sprouts
Yeah currently I only have an ice box too
One thing that bit us for a while, til we learned

Yep- and red potatoes. And onions of course
I tried growing sprouts on my '89 cruise
We grew them (meaning Joni grew them) and it was easy and a treat where freshies were scarce like the Family Islands.
