In Response To: Early 70s, still going.. ()

I've had issues with joint pain especially wrists and general stiffness that are actually made better by being on the boat. I call it 'Boat Yoga'. The contortions involved in working the boat and on it tend to loosen me up and increase flexibility. BioAstin (Hawaiian Astaxanthin) food supplement has also helped a bunch with stiffness. Have tried other supplements but none have worked except BioAstin. I'm going on 70 and hopefully will continue sailing till they put my body in the boat, set it on fire and send it out to sea. Nothing quite so soothing as the quiet joy of sailing when I turn the engine off.
