The three point bridle is home-made of old liferaft tether with a SS ring to hook to the main halyard. The two speed winch lifts it easily. Stored on cabin top. It is a flat bottomed roll-up.

The outboard is a 3.5 hp 2 cycle Tohatsu and only weighs 30 pounds - no need for any special lifting gear.
