that the shrink wrap frame was not pitched steep enough and that the wrap did not extend below the toe rail at least six inches , with Styrofoam stand offs against the hull? I stored for the second time in the water in NY this winter. As you know it was a beast for the second year in a row. I did not have the problems you describe. Within a day after a big snow, it slid off the shrink wrap. I tie a absorbent towel around the mast inside the boat. It gets damp but not much.
