I would have been able to bail "hundreds of gallons of water" out of a boat. This is either total BS or he's one really tough guy. It's obvious that from his story that he's not been sailing very long if t all. But then he doesn't really claim to be all that experienced. Stranger things have happened but I think it's BS. Maybe not total BS but BS to some degree. Having said that, doesn't God look out for drunks, dumb asses and sailors? He doesn't really specify that he has to be an experienced sailor does he? Maybe this guy is all three.
