2x2 x 1/4 inch flat stock with holes in them and nuts on both ends. Get it started in the tube with one of the plate on the inside end of the tub and the other plate on the outside and just tighten the nut on the outside and drive the bearing right in. Hint. Put the cutlass bearing in the freezer for 5 or 6 hours prior to shrink it. It will shrink from the cold just enough to make the difference from having to force it in and it sliding right in.
