Johnson's METRIC sized Durotec models out of Naval Brass:

Part number: 870304100
Shaft: 30mm
Outside Diameter: 45 mm
Length 120 mm

I think either the Vetus or this would work: Price on the Johnson should be less -- you can probably shop around a littel for the availablity.

I think some teflon grease and give it the usual hip thrust ;^)))
