() Thanks again for spotting that SG, I would have gone the machine shop route so you saved me some time and expense. As it was, I paid $50 for air shipment from Holland to expedite it but everything worked out perfectly.
(I ordered two, so now I have a spare. These are only $44 and are not stocked in the US).
