I only have a manual pump. I have a very dry bilge. I want an electric pump, just in case... An "oh Jesus" pump...

Now since my bilge is normally dry, it seems to me that I don't want anything that turns on every "2.375 seconds", checks for wet and then shuts down.

I want a simple reliable system. So has Rule fixed this issue? Are their pumps good?
