What I really want is a huge pump for that once in a lifetime bad situation that may never occur. Big diaphragm pump, eh?

I don't even get rain water in my bilge as I am deck stepped. About the only water that ever ends up there is due to some service I might do on the boat... such as the recent galley plumbing I did, or raw water cooling pump repairs... and that happens so infrequently I suck it up with a shop vac and anything that remains, evaporates.

Otherwise, the bilge is dry...
