Difficult repair

Hi all,
seems to be the best place to ask about a repair.
I had a local yard cut out a cutlass bearing.
the boat has a long keel with the prop at the back of the
keel. the shaft goes thru fiberglass tube to the dry prop shaft
seal (Volvo). it appears that the yard clipped this with the saw
and now, in the water, I have a leak. the biggest part of this
problem is how to fix it. it is right up underneath where the
tube enters the boat. I've attached a pic that shows the tube
entering the boat. leak is underneath to the left.
Anybody have an idea as to how to properly repair this?
Thanks,
Rick
