The "Hewson" later boats, from a design standpoint, they are different boats

The reliance on a smaller fore triangle, boom aspect ratio, etc.

The hulls of the later Sabres built-on and improved their predecessors' performance.

Even though Hewson was sadly forced-out by a general banking "crisis", the company continued to build quality boats -- but their sailboats were extension of Roger Hewson's vision.
