BUT...I gotta say around here, I can't tell you the number of houses being built in new divisions in the frickin' rain!! Houses being framed, sided, roofed in the rain. Then they wrap the house with TYvek or whatever the current wrap is and lock all that moisture in the wood. Fifty or sixty years ago the building "season" was summertime and when it rained everything was covered and they waited. Not now. Gotta be bad for down the road for those houses and the occupants.
