Is it condensation? I thought Tyvek stops that?

Re: Suggestions for great boats in the 38-42 ft range?
I like my Sabre 420 (1996)
Re: I like my Sabre 402 (1996) (not 420)
Tartan 40 ...
Coming from J35 performance, unless he's willing to give up performance, J40.

Terrific boats, but unlikely to be found in that price range.
Look at the Mariner 39
J44 might work. The Sabres in the 38-42 range.
How about an older 40' Caliber LRC ? Cheers, John
Thanks guys, some good suggestions
Here's a thought …
What he said! Some years ago at the Newport boat show...
We said that for years... Then we bought our Sabre 386.
That's still an "old' boat, style wise.
The "Hewson" later boats, from a design standpoint, they are different boats
Not much was better 30 years ago

I hear you on home systems
The redo may have utilized M grade copper instead of L.
Bathroom is next on the redo list . . .

At it's best, housewraps are part of the problem.
I agree...housewraps. It' s why I use tarpaper on mine when I do a reside.
IMHO, the place for house wrap is right under the drywall.
But as well as weather protection during construction, we put that stuff on to stop air infiltration
Heh. It's that "overlapping" technology the way houses are built. Not as reliable as a boat.
I've seen articles on spacing the siding from the wrap. Give water a way out.
