I was just pointing out that the hourly rate for craftsmen hasn't changed much (at least here) and is actually lower for a significant percentage of the workers. The contractors I know that charge in the $25 range are providing labor only. They do not have the overhead of a shop, etc. So remember when you see high hourly rates at yards that the actual guys doing the work are likely only seeing 1/3 or less of that rate.
