I'd be most leery of the blade "grabbing" the metal and binding to a sudden halt or throwing....

Ok mom () ..the metal wildly. I'd consider the backwards blade due to the softness of the aluminum......I suppose someone online has a video on this all and the answer is something I'm not familiar with but good luck!!

- I've cut a lot of aluminum on a bandsaw.....
- I made these door panels from 1/8" aluminum sheet
- Perfect excuse to buy a horizontil band saw
- Answered my own question
