Perhaps the pump is marginal...

() Difficult to see if the cover or the rear plate (behind the impeller) or the faces of the impeller itself are worn; All could cause reduced flow.
If it was working, then stopped, look for what has changed, worn out, plugged up, kinked, crushed .etc..

- Those pumps are very sensitive to the size of the housing
- By chance a Volvo shop yesterday referred me to a specialty marine pump shop in town --they said the same thing
