Probably, Tom --but you'd think it would scale down proportionally

As in, if 15 gpm is required for a 100HP engine (according to Jabsco), then for a 28HP engine the amount of raw water flow required would be proportionally less (as would the size of the heat exchanger).

Anyway, yeah, I need to figure out what's up with the pump. Sure would be easier if I had the actual flow number for the engine and pump...a benefit of having a newer engine, I now realize.

Once I can get down to the boat --and hopefully the temperature will get above freezing by then !-- my plan is to go through the entire raw water circuit again, again re-measure flow at exhaust and at pump discharge...and if unchanged, pull the pump off.
