Before you know it, those little creatures will be applying for welfare checks.

They will already have become accustomed to subsidized housing. It's only a matter of time.

Also, if we start subsidizing sea creature housing we'll offset the very delicate balance of nature. Sea creatures will breed more, the offspring will starve and their will be more checks to hand out, not to mention we'll want to make sure those offspring have health insurance and benefits.

It will become a nightmare.
