The iPad has GPS receiver built in. What else do you need?

() Just like a iPhone 3GS. I have used Navionics on the 3GS twice now to find my way home, when the $20K Raymarine system crapped the bed. Cost $199 plus $9.99 for the app and charts. 'Course I sold my well used original iPhone for $250, so I am actually $40 up on the deal right now.

- If you only have one -- get one that is waterproof.
