Hey, that's why we live out here, the warm mild winters. Separately, I'm surprised that anyone is surprised at the weather for the Olympics...I'm actually sort of surprised Vancouver won the bid, since the weather here is classic coastal temperate rainforest...how many days have I been out backcountry skiiing, and loving it, but having my skis gunk up with wet snow...anyway, no matter, the O's are still fun to watch. More fun, though, is all the cultural stuff going on in town.

BTW, the thing I like about the smallness and simplicity of the CP180 is that it has forced me not to rely on staring at it, as I think a bigger one would (especially if helm-mounted). I would, however, like to have it viewable from the helm sometimes...that's another project or the list...or not!
