new thinking?

Well, I don't know about that: the major concepts behind the design, including the hull form and the rig, are
hardly new. Looks like it would be a fun daysailor, especially in areas with thin water. I can't see it being
used for cruising for any period of time, though: e.g. what kind of ground tackle system does the boat have?
Without an adequate ground tackle system, all you'd be doing is trailer sailing or going from Point A at a
dock or a mooring to Point B at a dock or a mooring (or perhaps a beach). You could have fun doing that,
but it's not my idea of cruising. If I had a winter house in Fla, though, and for some reason wasn't able to
go out sailing for more than part of a day, it looks like it would be a nice (but expensive) option for the
winter.
