Below is a pic from their website, showing a similar boat at Catalina. The give away is the dual black band "windows." I think only part of it is actual "window," the rest is just decoration. I don't believe any of it opens.
They have changed the design over the years, now they have a certain amount of fixed ballast, and they have rearranged the interior in some manner. I also understand that they increased the wire size on the rigging too.
Probably a great boat for small lakes. Never sailed or motored on one, but I used to look at them fairly seriously at the boat shows. See one every now and then on the bay. As someone said, they have a niche market, and seem to serve it well.
